Unicorn Yoga is a pioneering set of yoga & mindfulness programs aiming at addressing an urgent global need for cultivating the union of HEART, body & mind through breath awareness & body movement.

The MISSION of Unicorn Yoga is to inspire individuals to play yoga & experience the magic in this union; that is what the Sanskrit word ‘yoga’ stands for.

This program is created for those institutions and families ready to make space and time in the week (ideally daily!) to plant revolutionary seeds of wellbeing and self-care in the kids and teens. Yoga supports children and young people to grow into healthy and balanced human beings.

Integrating elements of yoga and mindfulness in the work with kids and teens has the potential to tap into joy, trust and acceptance – not only within ourselves but also in the art of teaching. This obviously makes the experience of learning truly meaningful. 

This three hours workshop equips professionals with a wide range of pedagogical tools to apply in/out of the school, and are grouped into five main categories: breathe, relax, move, focus and connect.

Ishvara Yoga are breath based hatha yoga sessions that mean to invite you to stay curious and intimate with your inner world by simply following the pace of your own breath. Therefore, the practice of Ishvara Yoga means to completely surrender to that unique flow of inhales and exhales as the only moment where life truly unfolds. Dropping everything, and stepping onto your mat to simply BE.
