Aloha! My name is Catalina, I’m the founder of Unicorn Yoga. I was born and raised in Rosario, Argentina. I have spent half of my life living in different parts of this beautiful globe, and I have chosen Switzerland as my home base since 2015. I speak German, English, Catalan, and Spanish.

I have been teaching and working with kids and teenagers for over 15 years all around the globe. I completed my BA in Primary School Teaching in Barcelona, and my Master’s in Advanced Studies in Children’s Rights in Switzerland. I am a Kids and Adults Experienced and Certified Yoga Instructor (E-RYT 500). I studied with Kids Yoga Bali and Rainbow Kids Yoga Australia.

I have created Unicorn Kids and Family Yoga Teaching Training to equip and encourage educators, parents, psychologists, movement therapists, and yoga instructors to share the magic and benefits of yoga with children and young people. I strongly believe this is THE remedy this crazy world needs.

If you are curious and ready to be part of this revolutionary movement of self-awareness and Peace through playful yoga and mindfulness, don’t think it twice, and join us!

If someone would ask me why I teach family yoga, I would answer that both family and yoga are two of the most important things in my life in terms of personal and emotional development. For this reason, I believe that family yoga has the ability to strengthen family ties and improve interpersonal relationships outside of the family.

I am multifaceted and enjoy walking barefoot on the sand at the beach. I treat animals with respect and love to talk to them. I practice hatha yoga and mindfulness and teach in Spanish and German.
